1Take v1.3.2: Stability Improvements

Overview

1Take v1.3.2 is a stability-focused update that addresses crash reports from v1.3.1 and adds a critical safety feature for your recordings.

What's New in v1.3.2

Crash Fixes

  • Fixed a crash that occurred when switching presets during active recording
  • Fixed a rare crash when the app was backgrounded immediately after recording stopped
  • Fixed memory pressure issue on older iPhone models (iPhone 12 and earlier)
  • Improved stability when handling large recording libraries (100+ files)

Recoverable Recording Deletion

The most important new feature: deleted recordings are now sent to the Files app trash instead of being permanently deleted.

If you accidentally delete a recording, open the Files app, navigate to 1Take's folder, and you'll find deleted recordings recoverable for up to 30 days.

Other Improvements

  • Faster waveform rendering in the Recordings Library
  • Improved VU meter responsiveness at low input levels
  • Export progress now shown as percentage for large files

Update Recommendation

All users on v1.3.1 or earlier are encouraged to update immediately. The crash fixes alone make this a critical update, and the recoverable deletion feature provides important peace of mind.
